2 Men Removals do not provide insurance against damage to your furniture or other household goods. if you do not already have your own insurance and would like these items to be covered separately against any potential damages during your move, please get a full insurance cover quote.

Please note that transit insurance is a specified perils cover, meaning there is cover up to $50,000 in the event of theft, fire, or damage in an accident involving the truck. an excess of $500 applies.

Public liability insurance will cover the damage caused to your premises. covered up to 20 million dollars. An excess of $500 applies.

We have a minimum charge of 3 hours for every job. Thereafter we charge in increments of 15 minutes.

A call-out fee is billed as an additional charge of $90 on top of your relocation costs and will only be charged once.

2 Men Removals will park the removals truck in your pre-arranged spot before your move day. Please ensure that the spot you have arranged has the correct permit as you are liable for any traffic offences incurred while we load and unload the truck.

Appointment Cancellation:

When you book your moving date, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. In order to be respectful of this, your $50 deposit is non-refundable. You may call or email to notify us of a cancellation or to change your move date – however this will be subject to availability. Please keep in mind that either way, your $50 deposit remains non refundable.

Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another customer to access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 1300 522 140 between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. If necessary, you may send a detailed email to admin@2menremovals.com.au

We will return your call or email as soon as possible.

Dispute of Payment

You will be charged directly after your move is completed, please refer to your quote which outlines that there is a 3 hour minimum charge for all moves. If you would like to query or dispute your invoice over the amount of payment owed, please contact us on 1300 522 140 immediately or alternatively leave a detailed email to admin@2menremovals.com.au
